The layout of the townhome is that of a split level.  When you first enter through the front door, you will step down to the main living area with the kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath.  At the entrylevel is the second bedroom and second bath.  Up a short set of steps from the entry level is the master bedroom, master bath and laundry room.
