The townhome complex is U-shaped with the pool and grills in the center.  Since the backdeck of L-10 faces east, the deck enjoys the morning sun and afternoon shade as well as some beautiful sunrises.  Drive-in covered parking is located under the townhome.  You then walk up the steps to the entry level.
