The beach is the big attraction as St. George Island.  Here you will find pristine beaches with white sand, shells, kid friendly waves and lots of wildlife to enjoy.  Since there are no high rise hotels, you will find the beaches to be uncrowded.  You can walk for miles down the beach towards the state park and feel like you are the only one enjoying the beauty and serenity that only the beach has to offer.
